Your privacy is very important to us. We want to make your experience on the Internet is as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. We also want you to use the Internet’s vast array of information, tools, and opportunities with complete confidence.
How We Collect and Use Information
We may collect and store personal or other information that you voluntarily supply to us online while using the Sites (e.g., while on the Sites or in responding via email to a feature provided on the Sites). The Sites only contact individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our messaging, attended one of our events, or have purchased one of our products. The Sites collect personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. Generally, this information includes name and email address for registration or opt-in purposes, as well as name, postal address, and credit card information when registering for our events or purchasing our products. All of this information is provided to us by you.
We also collect and store information that is generated automatically as you navigate online throughout the Sites. For example, we may collect information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, which allows us, among other things, to improve the delivery of our web pages and measure traffic on the Sites. We also may use a standard feature found in browser software called a “cookie” to enhance your experience with the Sites. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. By showing how and when visitors use the Sites, cookies help us deliver advertisements, identify how many unique users visit us, and track user trends and patterns. Cookies also prevent you from having to re-enter your preferences on certain areas of the Sites where you may have entered preference information before. The Sites also may use web beacons (single-pixel graphic files also known as “transparent GIFs”) to access cookies, count users who visit the Sites, or open HTML-formatted email messages.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties online – for example on message boards, web logs, through email, or in chat areas – that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
Be aware that we may occasionally release information about our visitors when release is appropriate to comply with law or to protect the rights, property or safety of users of the Sites or the public.
Please also note that as our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that we sell some or all of our assets or one or more of our websites is acquired by another company, information about our users may be among the transferred assets.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of the State of California, we provide you with information above on how to exercise your choice options such as your right to opt-out or opt-in for use of your Personal Information by third parties for marketing purposes. Therefore, pursuant to the California Civil Code, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your Personal Information for marketing purposes during the preceding year. If you are a California resident and wish to request information about how to exercise your third party disclosure choices or other rights afforded under the law of the State of California, please send a request by email to our Privacy Administrator at Support@joetatta.com. All requests must be labeled “Your California Privacy Rights” in the email subject line or on the envelope or post card. For all requests, please clearly state that the request is related to “Your California Privacy Rights,” include your name, street address, city, state, zip code and email address (your street address is optional if you wish to receive a response to your request via email) and indicate your preference on how our response to your request should be sent (email or postal mail). We will not accept requests via the telephone or by fax. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly or that do not have complete information.
